Thanks for your help! In the end I remembered that that particular sound appeared in Hurley's dream in the hatch, so I was able to isolate it and use it for my video.

I can play it on my computer in iTunes, but I've never tried it in a different program.
EDIT: Doesn't work in Windows Media Player, does work in QuickTime.
